Exhibitor in "The Shed"
At the Hardywood Brewery, there is a permanent 44' x 88' tent, called The Shed, which is where the main exhibit space will be set. There are some hex shaped picnic tables with attached seating, but you should plan on bringing your own display table and covering.
There are 10 - 10' x 10' pop up tents available, first come, first serve.
Exhibitor in a "Tent" – $200.00

Cost per exhibitor is $75, per 1 table space; additional space is available (see price schedule.
Bring your own Table and covering (there are permanent hex shaped picnic tables with attached seating for use, as well)
Exhibit space is in "The Shed", a 44' x 88' permanent events tent, in the rear of the brewery building, gravel base

if you have your own pop up tent, you may bring it, and the fee is $75.

If you have your own hand truck, we encourage you to bring it! VAPPA will have 1 available for your use.
