BOARD SERVICE for VAPPA is a period of 3 years, and directors may serve 2 consecutive terms, totaling 6 years.   Those that enjoy it and would like to continue to serve must take one year off, then ask to have their name on the ballot for the next election.

The President has the option of serving 2 terms in that position, which is approved of and agreed upon by the board of Directors.
