Reserve A Distributor Hospitality Booth

Distributor members are welcome to coordinate a private room or space with our event venues to host clients. VAPPA does not participate in third-party arrangements made directly with the hotels. 

However, VAPPA does offer all Distributor members an invitation to reserve a hospitality booth at the VAPPA Spring EXPO. It is an opportunity to have a private space for your clients at a fraction of the cost.

Available on a first-come basis

Perhaps you saw a sample booth set up at the VAPPA Show last year. If you missed it, a hospitality booth is a pipe and drape private space (approx 12 - 18 feet) that holds a round table and chairs for you to greet your clients away from  the show floor.

• Meet during show hours to discuss project
• Catering can be provided in these spaces and the hotels will be happy to help you customize what your menu.
