2021 Spring Expo: Richmond, Chesapeake, and Roanoke

VAPPA is pricing all IN PERSON exhibit space at a discount for 2021, understanding that this is the year to rebuild, and help Members get back to business.

You are NOT required to participate in all 3, but VAPPA encourages it!

• Richmond 8 x 10 booths are $650 for 1, $995 for 2.
• Richmond 8' Tables are $400 for 1, $600 for 2, and 3 for $750
• Chesapeake and Roanoke tables are $325 for 1, $525 for 2, and 3 for $700

AND, In Person Exhibitors that commit to 2 of the 3 shows will get 1 virtual booth, at no extra cost.

• Richmond 3/24:  Hilton in Short Pump,12042 West Broad Street, Richmond VA 23233
• Chesapeake 3/25: Delta by Marriott, 725 Woodlake Drive,  Chesapeake VA 23320
• Roanoke 5/6:  Hotel Roanoke, 110 Shenandoah Avenue, Roanoke VA  24016

Can't Exhibit in person? 

• The Virtual Booth only option is very affordable at $325.

BONUS - if you exhibit with VAPPA in the spring, you will have the opportunity to participate in the new TAILGATE PARTY on May 12 AT 1/2 PRICE!  (this will be an outdoor experience in Richmond - details to follow!)
